Affiliated Researchers conducted a fishery recruitment study of Badger Lake, Michigan utilized the live collection and release of young-of-the-year (YOY) fish with seine netting methods, and with visual observation of YOY by snorkel survey method.  Both methods resulted in no harm to the fish, and allowed a determination of the status of the YOY population in the lake.
